Booking Terms & Conditions

At the time of booking, we kindly ask for a deposit to secure your appointment.

We understand that life doesn't always run smoothly and there are times when you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Please make every effort to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Our appointment books are very full and there's always people waiting to take the space, but we can't fill it if you no-show.

If you do need to cancel or rescheule your appointment you can do this online up to 48 hours before your scehduled appointment.  After that time you should email us on info@33dowanhill.com.

If you are late, we will try to accommodate your treatment in the time remaining, but we may have to adapt it slightly. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes after your appointment time, it may be necessary to reschedule it.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation within 72 hours of appointment – no charge
Cancellation within 48 hours of appointment – 50% of your service
Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment – Full amount of your service charge.
No show to appointment - Full amount of your service charge.
